Through workshops, coaching sessions, training series, and community-based events, participants build essential life skills, strengthen personal confidence, and prepare for workforce and community engagement.
Programming is adaptable and meets individuals where they are—recognizing varied experiences and needs—while supporting progress toward personal, professional, and economic goals. This track operates as a non-exclusive pathway, allowing participants to engage in additional Soar Beyond Limits programs that support their continued growth.
